Framed Movie Posters at Blockbuster...What is the name of the company that makes them?

I go to Blockbuster at least 2 times a week and always notice the framed movie posters they are selling. I would like to know how they are made. Does anyone know the name of the company that sells/distributes them to Blockbuster?
They are not normal movie posters. They have a texture to them as iff they were coated with a clear substance.

I don't know who they buy from. You can go to www.allposters.com and order posters of any kind. Have them framed or frame them yourself.
