 Can I reproduce a still photograph from a movie scene under copyright law? I read that copyright protects a whole or substantial part of a work (movie, in this case.) Would getting a poster printed at Staples from a still picture in a movie infringe on copyright law, or is it okay? The image is copyrighted. Sorry. If it's just a poster for your bedroom, it's not "that bad." But no, staples still won't do it. |
